The making of a Poker Pro

So I have not really been able to get anything going this month. I think maybe I have played 4 sessions total for the month and it is already half way though. My schedule has been really hectic with class and all but I only have a few more weeks of that and then I can fully concentrate on poker. It really sucks when you go and work 10 hours a day and then have 4 hours of class after that. By the time I get home I am either too tired to play or know that I will not be playing my best and will not play.

I do think that it is a good thing that I can realize before I sit at the table whether or not I am in the right mindset to play poker or not. Even though I am not playing and am not making money, I feel that by not playing I am definitely losing less than if I would be playing at these times. Overall though with only a few weeks left of class I can finish up my classes and then focus my attention on getting out of the micros.

Until then my time will be limited at the tables, but when I sit I will be in the right mindset to play profitably. Good luck at the tables.
