Left Thursday afternoon with g/f, another girl I know and the guy she's dating now (a buddy of mine) and his brother/brother's g/f. We got there pretty fast (3-4hrs?). I pretty much played NL50HU the entire ride up while everyone else (but the driver, ldo) slept. (beat: lost 2BIs ).

Got there in time to get some food/drinks at Chili's. The guys went to the HardRock but my girl wanted to go to the room so we just stayed in. 
Friday we woke up around 12 and got some breakfast then hit the park to check out the animals and most of our group wanted to ride the coasters (I've never been on one) - the entire group decided to go on the Montu so to avoid being the decided biggest pussy of the group I got on. Pretty intense ride, the first drop was brutal and made me think the ride was going to suck but it ended up being pretty fun. 
Next they wanted to ride the Kumba and I was down, until I actually saw the thing... **** that, lol. I got some grief for it but in a hilarious twist the ride gets stuck near it's highest point and the BG team had to go out and get everyone off the ride and walk them down (everyone in the group said it was terrifying). 

After all the rides we went for Sushi, shower/change of clothes and then back to the park for Howl-O-Scream.
Some of the group still rode a few rides (I didn't) and then we went to a bunch of the haunted houses. It sucked! I mean it was fun, but it wasn't at all scary not the scare zones or the houses. I honestly didn't even get slightly startled one time the entire time. I was honestly expecting to get spooked out of my mind with all the hype that was around it.

Still had a pretty good night, but just don't expect to actually get scared while you're out there (unless you smoke a lotttt of bananas before you go).

Overall it was fun. I definitely didn't get as much drinking in as I thought I would. It's not something I really care for and I don't plan on going again because roller-coasters and cheesy haunted houses aren't my thing but if you go with the right people it can be a good time  

Well, I better get back to grinding. the 3 days I took off + a cold are really going to make 1,200 hard but let's gogogogo.
