Ups and Downs

I’ve been playing a lot. Not enough of my A game and trying to get too many hands in, too many tables but also just not winning the 60/40s whether I have the 60 or the 40…Still trying to improve and stay focused on getting better. The winning will come, I think, if I just keep learning making the best decisions. I need to stop relying so much on my hud and stats and play situations better.

I just had one of those sessions where everything seems to fall into place. When you’re seeing things for what they are and applying pressure and using aggression in the right places. Definitely pushed myself outside my nitty comfort zone…dropped 10BIs!!!

I can objectively say I played one of my best sessions, especially at 9 tables, and I even ran super good on the flop and turn, just couldn’t win a big pot showdown to save my life. My red line was about break even fwiw, though I’ve never seen my blue line plummet so hard.

I even made a good quit before I went on monkey tilt.

After getting it in with the nut straight and nut redraw in a 300bb pot v. naked bottom pair and losing I just snap shut it all down.

What does it say about me that I love this game so much that kicks me in the balls so hard?

oef it sucks, that's one thing.. but hell, when you've played 100 000 hands. you will have won those 60-40 about 60%! So keep it up :)
