Snow, poker, and.... a gf?
I cannot believe it's been a week since I last blogged. I guess I just
needed a break from it for awhile. A lot has happened in the past week. I
probably can't remember everything.
On Sunday the Seahawks got killed by the Falcons. Then my dad and I
went to play a $100 tournament with about 15 of his friends. I ended up
splitting it three ways. I got $400 but I only netted $80 dollars. I'm
still not sure how my dad figured that out, but of well. I owe them a
lot of money anyways.
On Monday I drove to Moses Lake to sell my engagement ring. I wanted
someone to go with me, so got a hold of the girl I went to the Apple Cup
with. She said she would be okay with going with me. She brought her 4
year old son. It ended up being a great drive and I sold my ring for a
grand cash. She lives in the Tri-Cities so when we got back there we
dropped her son off at her dad's house and went to Applebee's for food
and drinks. After we hung out there for awhile I had no idea what to
do, but I didn't want to go home that's for sure. So she decided that
we should go see a movie. Perfect, how I didn't think of that is beyond
me. Might have been the rum and beer from Applebee's. Anyways, I
suggested The Fighter and she said yes. (thank god cause its the only
movie I want to see in theaters) So we watched the movie and it was
great. She really liked it and I loved it. Wow one of the best movies
that I've seen in forever. Christian Bale's best performance and he
deserves every award for it. After that she dropped me back off at my
car and I headed home.
I guess because I keep you guys up to date on my relationships, I won't
stop now. I really like this girl. I like her kid too. I have a
feeling that this is going to be more than just a friendship very soon.
She lives an hour away. Probably the only drawback. It's a easy drive
at least. No huge mountain passes to cross over. So we will see where
this all leads.
Tuesday it snowed like a billion inches so I scooped snow. I did some
Xmas shopping online. Dunno what else I did. Oh yeah Full Tilt was
down that night. That's why I didn't play.
Wednesday I played one session of poker and scooped snow again, because
it snowed for the second day in a row. That evening I went over to my
parents and ate dinner and made Xmas cookies.
Today was pretty much just the normal poker day for me. I went and
worked out. Got a few groceries. Played nine hours of poker. Here's
how today went

Tomorrow I hope to get a full day of poker in, but I don't think it's
gunna happen because I have presents to wrap and I'm probably going over
to my parents to spend the night. I'll try to remember to blog over
the holidays. Sorry that I've been slacking guys.
RIGGGGGGGED!!!

If you already start thinking of her in that light you may not get her. Just go with the flow and see what happens. Don't force it. You got this!

Just once I'd like to see you put down the alcohol before making life changing/altering decisions.
How this should have gone: after Applebee's drinks we watched a movie and played hide-the-poker-chip in the backseat of my van.
