Decided to call it a night
Woke up at 11:30ish this morning. Ate breakfast then went to help my brother with his short film that he is making. Came home and played for 2.5 hours. Then I hurried to the gym and ran almost five miles on the elliptical. Drove back home and went to the seminar that I talked about in my last blog. It was very boring as I thought. It lasted 2.75 hours and it wasn't my cup of tea. They want $500 for a weekend seminar that is in a few weeks. After that $1700 for the next round. It looks like a great program, but I have been through my whole life knowing that if it's too good to be true, it is. I mean I heard a bunch of testimonials from my friends about how great the program is and how much it has changed their life. I mean they broke down crying as they talked about it. Even probably the richest person in my city. (multi multi millionaire, is one of the top Forex traders in the world) said this program is the reason he is what he is today. So that was super compelling for sure. But I'm not the most sociable person and I'm not really into the lovey dovey stuff with groups of people and sharing my deepest thoughts and emotions with everyone.
I played only five hours today because of the short film and seminar. It took up a lot of my day. I planned on playing a bit later tonight, but I can't keep my eyes open. I'll go to bed earlier than I have been so I can have a fresh start in the morning. I broke even (+$1) over 107 games. I ran eight buy-ins under EV. I knew I would be below the line. I really opened up my game today. Calling people, especially regs, a lot lighter from the big blind. Veloblank recommended a range that was just too tight. Against players I know for a fact are shoving near atc, I can call like hella wide. Of course my K2o is beat by all kinds of shit every time. My red line was actually climbing so that was a good sign. I think I may have plugged a leak by opening up my calling range.
Going to lay down and watch some TV. See ya
RIGGED!
