Some poker and a Grand Salami!
If you're wondering about my title, Jose Lopez just hit a grand slam against the Yankees in the bottom of the 8th. Mariners win 4-1. Wow that was sure awesome. What a game.
This morning started out with me waking up at 6:30 to go to Mt. Rainier with my parents. Then my mom called me to tell me they aren't going cause she didn't feel 100%, So I went to bed and slept for two more hours. We are actually going to go tomorrow instead. I was kinda hoping we'd go today so I could coax them into going to the Mariner game. I would have fainted if I was there tonight.  Tomorrow the game is at 1:10 so I don't think I can persuade them into going.
I had a nice long talk with Jtx this morning also. Basically just getting me through my downswing and figuring out some financial situations. I looked over a few hands from yesterday also. I finally started playing poker at about 1:30 and played with minimal breaks till now (10:00).
I played 108 games and made 12 buy-ins. Woooo who. Earlier today I ran like complete SHIT. So I'm so very very happy to be on the plus side for once. Here is a look at what a SNG reg, like myself, gets to deal with on a regular basis. Villain was actually a decent player playing four tables, tight stats. This is how I am treated by other players and how the poker gods reward me. How I don't win everyday is beyond me.
