First day of July..sucked
Over the past few days, in the morning and afternoon (pacific time), it has been super hard to find tables that aren't literally full of regs. Table selecting took a toll on me today. I basically have to play continuously and I hate doing that. I couldn't play much today because it took me soooo long selecting tables. All my focus was on selecting tables and not on my play. I don't think I played that bad, but playing with so many regs and not having my full attention on the tables makes me not confident in my game. If this doesn't get better, I may have to play all my games in the late afternoon/evening. That has potential to cut on my volume significantly. The reason is because later in the day my motivation to play isn't as strong and I can get sidetracked very easily. Tonight is a prime example.
I only got in 60 games today and I guess I ran horrible. I can't even recall how I was running because all my focus was going to table selecting. I lost about 13.5 buy-ins. Usually I don't care too much about a losing day, but the fact that I played with a bunch of regs makes me worry.
Tip of the day: In spots where you should be pushing on the bubble in a STT, you need to watch out for players that aren't risk adverse and have a stack that could hurt you. There are plenty of players that have no clue of ICM and see that you have been pushing a lot and see an ace and will call you no matter what the stacks are. It's important to know who these players are.
RIGGED!
