Lots of poker today
I’ve decided that on the days Courtney is going to school and working, I am going to play nine sessions of poker. 108 games. On the days she is home, I am going to try and get a few sessions in whenever I possibly can. Like during the Mariner game :) I listen to the game on the radio and she hates that, so I have an excuse to play poker while I listen to the game haha.
Anyways, I have woke up planning to mow my lawn the last three days. It has been pouring rain the last three mornings. So hopefully it won’t rain tomorrow and I can actually stop worrying about that. The lawn is getting pretty long.
I went to the gym today. I hadn’t been in about a week at least. I have decided that I am going to the gym if I don’t have a lawn to mow in the morning and if I’m not golfing. I just don’t have time for more than one thing in a day with all the poker I plan on playing.
I started poker at 11am planning to play four sets of games. At the end of my 2nd set I got a text and Courtney wanted to be picked up school. Well like the loving fiance I am, I went and got her. It screwed my poker schedule up, but it only cost me one set of games. All it really means is that I need to play more in the evening.
So I took her to work and got back home at 4pm. I looked at some hands from the last games and got back to work. The Mariner game started at 7pm, pregame at 6pm so that was very nice. I got to listen to them basically the whole time I played. Actually the game is STILL going on. It’s 10:40 and they are tied 5-5 in the 10th against the A’s. M’s have been in this situation too many times this year and fucked it up. I’d love to see a win today. It’s a divisional game and they desperately need a win. (they might lose before I am done writing this, man in scoring position)
Ok I guess it’s time for the results of the night. I’ve been too scared to look at the cashier…here we go. I made about six buy-ins. Whew I’ll take it! I ran really bad in some spots. Also I made about 15 buy-ins over about five or six sessions that I got in in the past couple days.
Well I predicted it, Mariners just lost on a base hit lol. God they are pathetic. I gotta go pick up Courtney. So laterz
