No poker, yet productive
I got to sleep in! Woke up at 9:30am. Not exactly what you would call sleeping in for a poker player, but it is for me. First thing I did was do the dishes. Then I mowed my lawn. It was long as hell and probably the longest I’ve ever let it get. It was a pain in the ASS to mow.
After all that Courtney and I went to her work (Fred Meyer’s) and bought some stuff we needed and some picnic food. Then we went to the park near our house and ate. It was a beautiful day.
We decided to go to a nursery to look at some plants for our garden. There’s a big empty spot I need to fill where the lettuce and artichoke plants were last year. We ended up buying two bell pepper plants, one cantaloupe plant, one boysenberry and one blackberry bush. Yeah way too much. So I decided to dig up a section of my lawn next to my house and plant the too berry bushes. They would have taken over my other garden anyways.
Well that was my day off from poker in about a week. I think I said I was going to be playing poker today according to my last blog, so I won’t be making any promises on future plans. Who knows what will come up. Laterz.
