Planning for success.

I live in Thailand with 3 poker pro house mates since Jan 2010.

I have GF that i go out with since Feb and see very often.

I go out with friend and drink fairly often. (not as much as before)

I start business with GF Sep. Laundromat and one month later Car rental /tour company called Alpha Chiang Mai.

Get staked in Oct by house mate.

Have worst ever loosing month first month i get staked (LOL). He is cool about it and has more faith in me then I do. Next month have biggest ever winning month, hooray! I think from living with each other He is able to have a good grasp of how im thinking about the game and what I am doing right and wrong. Seems to be the best way to stake someone, he can keep tabs on me and knows i won't cheat him or do dumb shit.

Dec Go home to UK for christmas and newyear. Its Fucking cold jesus! Played only about 27K+ hands and am about even with RB (FML).

whole last 6 months I've been pretty unhealthy. Mostly drink to much beer and smoke to many cigs. Eat to much carbs/shit and have done almost 0 activities or sport/gym. 

I attempted to change back in Sep. Made a schedule to stick to for going to the gym and eating better while putting in more hours playing.
Went pair shaped, broke out of it after about 5 days! then went down hill and lost all of it.

I want to do the same thing again. I will Blog my developments in the hopes it will keep me on track.

So next time I post it will be schedule of what i need to do to get where i want to go.
