Girltalk, and end of downswing
Don't ever call a girls best friend fat. Instead use something like horizontally long.
Had a downswing pokerwise that ended in like 13 bi below EV, now I have began to climb back again. That's sweet.

20nl, fuck variance.. why can't I run this much over EV anytime?

I am back in Stockholm this week to visit friends and stuff. I will be here until saturday so will probably not play that much until then. Great to be back in the great city that Stockholm actually is, kind of missed it since I moved back to the village where I live now.
Today I have played a session in the 50k hand challenge, where I have signed up for the $100 stop loss. I deposited $100 to Betsafe and have played 875 hands of 4nl today. It went pretty good and I won a little more than 5 buyins. I don't think I will have any change to win the challenge, but hell what a good challenge to get dicipline.

My plan is to go up to 10nl when I've got $200, and 20nl when I have $400 in my BR. That should not be impossible in 50k hands, but then yeah, the variance have to be pretty nice to me.
When the challenge is over I'll add this to my regular BR and probably start taking shots at 50nl.
For like a month and a half ago, I posted this thread in the DC microstakes forums, where I ask how I should become better without paying for coaching. I was probably in a massive downswing, and I wasn't paying enough attention to stacksizes and some other important stuff that I do now. I tried for like 2 weeks after this thread, to watch videos, take notes and so on. But still I was paying my monies to the other regs at the tables and sometimes fish to.
I had a few hundred bucks that I didn't know what to do with, what I did knew was that I wouldn't like to give them away to other pokerplayers by playing bad poker. Instead I choosed to hire Inavacuum as my coach once again, after my success last year when I had him as coach and beat 20NL for 16bb/100 over 60-70k hands at iPoker.
Our first session we was watching a video I had recorded, and wow. I really thought I played pretty well, but obv not. I did float to much with bad pocketpairs, I didn't open CO wide enough, I didn't 2 barrel enough vs right players, and I did 3b some hands that I don't like to fold vs a 4b and stuff. These seems like really really standard spots for me today, but it wasn't a month ago. Feels wierd, but very good to have developed my game in the right direction.
Last month was a really disaster at the tables and here are my september graph.

As you can read of the graph I was playing bad and didn't run that good neighter. It developed some sort of tilt that I guess cost monies in the end. Didn't feel the tilt that hard since I was only playing 10nl and some 20nl. Anyhow, not fun to lose money.
So here are the october graph as I have played between our coaching sessions and now like a week and a half after we ended the coaching:

The first days I just didn't apply everything we talked about, because that's pretty hard to do. But after a couple of sessions and we have looked threw some of my hands, I really started to understand what was bad in my game.
So I guess I just didn't know what part of my game I had to improve. And that is something that no video can tell you, but a coach can. Even if this is a pretty small sample, it still can tell us a lot, this month graph is pretty solid, last month didn't lol. It look like a skyline of the norwegian mountains.
I did get a very bad message from my affiliate at different pokersites this week. He said that my deal at ipoker was going to be closed for sure, and my deal on ongame is not guaranteed for that long time in the future. So I decided to cash out everything I had on both networks, and I haven't played a hand now for 3 days.
So I am not going to playing on another site than Svenska Spel anymore, atleast not before I reach midstakes, if I ever do... Just because the reason, no other site or affiliate seems to play a fair game against their players except PokerStars. But on Pokerstars we Swedes have to pay a shit load of taxes so then there are only Svenska Spel left which is the Swedish states site.
The funny thing is that the Swedish state doesn't even seems to know that we got weather in this country, and every fucking train are delayed in the winter months. So probably even Svenska Spel will fuck it up soon and become worse for the players just because "waaaaaaaah, its dangerous to gambling!!".
I am going to start using this blog again just because I have to write my thoughts down somewhere.
Today I choosed to try take a shot at ongames lowstakes 30nl tables. I had the roll for it, and crush 20nl pretty hard, 22bi + last 18k hands, so would be fun I thought. I had run pretty hot this month and people say that you should play higher when running hot haha.
I sat down with some unknown people and one fishreg I recorgnized from 20nl, he was playing just as badly as usual. After like 15min I get dealt AA. And then my luckbox raped my face. Did actually not got tilted at all, just because I knew this should happen sooner or later, so kept playing well but that didn't help me today. I lost this pot down here with my AA where he got like 4% eq, and lost some coinflips and my shotsession ended with -5,5bi or -$160.

One of the coinflips that I probably should not have shoved is this QQ, in one of the studygroups at Skype we counted that it probably is slightly EV- to shove here. What do you guys think? Villain is 23/18 over about 200hands, only 3b 4%, and have raised cbets on flop 33% (3 of 9 faced cbets).

So my plan now is to grind 20nl until this month end, and then wait for the rakeback and get back on the horse and give it another try to crush 30nl.
