Villain was an Ironman, and had never bet the river before over 60 hands I played against him, and indeed had never overbet before.

But I'd seen him bet smaller than pot against me before with his strong hands, and it looked like he could have the busted flush a lot of the time, and it looked like he was trying a little too hard to rep the 5 by overbet shoving, and it didn't make a lot of sense for him to have the 5 in his hand given the betting, unless the 5 was one of two hearts in his hand, so I timed down to the last 4 seconds and clicked call.
