Can I find a fold on the river? I’m not sure, I mean the minraise sucks but the 3 doesn’t help him at all usually – particularly after calling two reasonable bets imo. Then I’m only worried about a stray 6 (he had kinda fishy stats so I’m not worried about a better J), but he would have raised big on earlier streets because thats what he does.

Firstly I think your raise UTG with KJ is borderline. Your are gonna be Out of Position on the hand and will have to play most hands fit or fold.
That said I think you played it fine all streets but I would fold on the river to the raise. Maybe bet more on the turn and try to get them off a mid pair and then check call the river.
Judging by his line I would have put him on a 6 by the river with the min raise. Fish typically play so passive but when they do raise - you need to get out of way. I agree I can't beleive that 3 on the river helps unless he had a 63 hand.
Fishy guys don't min raise without a strong hand and all you have is 1 pair.
