so i got some coaching
observations:
1) he obviously knows a shit tonne about the game
2) I’ve obviously got a tonne to learn
3) its really easy to misapply concepts that you talk about if you don’t think about it afterwards
4) I will be doing it again.
In other news, thinking about starting up at crossfit, although I watched a friend of mine (who was encouraging me to start) do something called fight gone bad the other day, and he threw up afterwards, which scares me a little because he’s much fitter/stronger/more athletic than I.
Then he said something about a workout called “filthy fifty†or something which apparently is harder? fml.
Good idea to start it off now though, before it gets too hot in summer, in my opinion.
