Fixing a Hole...
Warning: this post contains a bunch of bitching about snow and snow related problems. Before I begin, a link. Link.
Winter is really starting to wear on me. There is now a hole in my kitchen ceiling. It’s about 2 ft X 2 ft. You can see piping and wires and whatnot. My landlord says he can’t fix it until the ice on the roof thaws. I’m a bit skeptical about this claim, but obviously I am not a roofer. In any case, this is just the latest in a series of winter related events. First, my car’s transmission went kaput so, even after the city cleared the road where it was parked, I could only have it towed to the shop.
Then on my way back from the grocery store, I dropped my wallet somewhere along the road. No credit cards. No car. Winter sucks.
On a lighter note, Jen and I are going to Hawaii as soon as my credit card comes in the mail. Book it.

Which island are you going to? My stepmom owns and rents a place on Maui if you haven't already decided, it's a great island to chill on.
