Just had my first coaching session.  That turned out to be really insightful.  It is rough at times critiquing your own play, but man did I learn a lot.  I am really looking forward to watching my play progress and hopefully watching my bankroll grow.  This might be one of the best investments I have made yet.  I would definitely suggest hiring a coach for those of you who are on the fence or have never thought about it.  It is truly a humbling experience to have someone else look at your game, but it works (theoretically).  ;-)

On a side note, I have been running a bit better at the tables as of late.  I have been more conscious about my play, and will continue to do so as I find leaks and start to plug them.  On yet another side note, the quitting smoking is not going as well as planned, but we have to pick our battles, right.  Mine right now is learning and crushing the micros.  I feel rejuvenated, eager, and ready to play!
