Too much meta-training. Not enough training.
Jan goal 1, week of 1/18-1/23 (Tue-Sun): 5,000 hands.
Tue: 400
Wed: 500
Thu: 500
Fri: 600
Sat: 1500
Sun: 1500
Follow all meta-training guidelines for workdays. Do not stay up Fri and Sat. Break and refuel every hour. No chat.
Stop caffeine. Start nootropic A.
Only look at cashier and sessions tab on Mondays!
Evaluate results Monday 1/24. Resubmit as Goal 2 on 1/25. GL and godspeed, man.
