The Part Where I Light a Fire Under my Ass

Hey long time no blog!

Nothing too exciting to report about August. Won about $3800 pre bonuses/rakeback in 55k hands. Definitely not satisfied with that, but I did dig myself out of a fairly big hole from playing 2/4 at the start of the month. I also played a bunch of different games this month which I'm sure hurt my bottom line, everything from 6max, HU, full ring, rush, and cap PLO. Towards the end of the month I landed back on my baby aka full ring mostly 200nl and some 100nl at the beginning to get my feet wet. My plan is to keep playing full ring for the foreseeable future and unlock at least the 300,000 vpp milestone and potentially make a push for the 400,000 vpp milestone by the end of the year. Currently sitting on 164,000 vpps for the year.  

In other news 2011 might actually be really exciting. I've lived in Iowa my entire life and one of my friend's is moving to LA in January and asked if I wanna go with. He also happens to be a total beast at full ring so we will probably both be going for Supernova Elite if things work out.   

I think my main goal for September is going to be to work on upping my volume. Gonna shoot for at least 75k hands, but hopefully hit 100k. Also classes just started again so I have to make sure I at least do reasonably well in those.
