Last Friday I went to Borgata to play some PLO, in general the play is usually pretty bad. At the end of my session an old gentleman sat down who thought we were playing 1-2 Omaha8 limit. So he would bet $2 into 26, and announce that he had nut low a couple of times. I think I’m gonna go back on Wednesday to play some tourneys and PLO awesomeness.
According to the old Russian calendar tomorrow starts new year. Last year on this day I quit smoking cigarettes, this year I’m going to try to improve my game as much as I can.
The past year was pretty bad for me. In the middle of the summer I joined DC and watched every plo video. Then, I ran super hot and ran $50 into $1300 in a week or so playing PLO10, 25, 50. Moved my roll to FTP, got a coaching session, got hit by a cab, started drinking a lot and busted my roll. Played PlO prelim of the Borgata Summer Open and busted out of it in the beginning of the second level.
I feel that this year is going to be a great one. I’m going to study, get a coaching package, and get more active within DC Community. I’m going to grind online and live. I’m going to do everything possible to go to WSOP.
