Pretty dissapointing to say the least. And I got to thinking that why does this day suck so much compared to a day which might look like this:

Ultimately the path you take to get somewhere will always change the context in which your destination is portrayed. So much of poker has to do with mental strength and willpower. It is important to remember that the best way to combat tilt is to utilize the past as an set of results affecting the current context rather than a path of emotions. Regardless of whether you were stuck a lot and got even, or were up a lot and lost it all back, the current result is the same, despite taking a different emotional route, and having a different context.

Remember the path, but forget how it felt to get here.
