This weekend I ran pretty good. Except for Friday when I got to a table with a guy playing every hand and catching every card he needed to win. Here is hand to prove my point:

His hand is not pretty and catches the dream flop for it. But needless to say instead of being smart I stayed and had to redeposit another $10 because i just wanted to beat this guy. I guess that is my Jar Head Marine Self. But by the end of the night I was even.

Saturday I ran pretty even finished up about $10. Not any really interesting hands and I felt pretty good with my play. And Sunday I played pretty much I Stars so that does not go in to my blog but I did play some on Tilt and up another $10 and one pretty much all my money on one hand were three of us had the same straight on the turn and I rivered the nut straight. But in the end I ended up on both sites.

Let me tell you about myself. I am fairley new to DC and looking for some why to show what I am learning. So I thought about putting $10 in my account and see how much money I can roll it into using the videos and forums on DC and maybe some advice from you guys (If any one reads this). So as Peter Pan says in the begaining of every Disney DVD and Blu Ray “HERE WE GO!”

Knowing that he is only doing this with AAXX is it good stove with this rundown. I think so due to being able to make both the high end of the low straight and and low end of the high straight and as long as he don’t have spades I have a flush draw not to mention make two pair outs and here is the equity from every omaha players favorites site ProPokerTools:

Now you can say I played that hand as a donkey or the right way by the depending on the coach here at DC. Some might say shove on the flop or just flat pre but him only having such a small amount behind it is worth a shove to me.

No the next hand I played like a complete donk.

Under the Gun the hand is at best a call especially at these limits. Let alone a raise. Now that is just the beginning.

Now I flop a set with a Q probably the best flop to hope for except I do not have a straight draw to go with it but I have two cards to make a boat and a miracle card to make quads.

Probably the worst card in the deck for me and I still bet I guess, I just wanted to hit that boat.

What else could he show up with here. Like I said I should have just folded pre and then just gave up on the hand on the turn. There is now way he is going to call without a straight or an over set right?

It was a bad hand to get your money in with. Flip pre and flopping a set only picked up 6% equity. Running these equities the only time it gets any good for me is if a complete blanks peels on the turn
