I've been pokering a lot less in the last month.  I played a WCOOP event yesterday, and busting in the 3rd hour sometime, lost a big pot for most of my chips with KK<QQ on a T53 Q x board for like 7sb pre/flop 2bb on turn, 1bb on river.  I had a piece of Bellatrix as well and was railing her and saw her get into a capped pot 3 ways with AA vs QQ vs TT on a T77 board where she and the QQ were driving all the action, the TT must have loved his life.

I've gotten away from PLO, I feel like big bet games really arn't my thing.  I've been playing some TD as I chat with Schweig, Orestto, and Mitch a lot, and they are all pretty good at the game, Schweig especially!  I'm also picking up a bit of LHE again, and I really cant remember why i put it down... it seems to be a game that i really understand.

On the real life front, i took a trip down the Oregon coast a couple weeks ago that was a great time.  I went with my wife and another couple.  We had a casino right by the house, so I got some poker in between day trips and home card games etc.  I didn't do anything spectacular while at the casino, but i played NL for the first time in a longtime, and didn't do so terrible.

I'm probably going to be giving up the glamorous life of a professional online poker player.  I've been hit by FTP and AP for a few K, and with less games it's been harder to make it work.  I've also struggled with PLO and had a bunch of breakeven months.  I'm going to keep playing, obviously, but I've been working a bit more as a custodian, and also getting resumes together for teaching-type jobs.  We'll see how that all works out.
