Wishing Well
What it do?
This year was a super rocky start for me… even more so since i’ve just gone semi-pro (i was seasonally laid off my job, so i’m going on Employment Insurance).
I decided to start the year with a little HUPLO… it went poorly.
Then I ran bad in some HULHE, which is my bread and butter game.
Then i watched some videos and thought about HUPLO a bunch, and won back what I lost. I’m currently sitting in a good session with HULHE. I’m much happier now.
Another update would be that my series Why Do They Call It Who Who? is going really well with Taoism. You guys should check it out. It’s a really intro series to HULHE… we’re just trying to set up a default game and look at some spots that are played in HU games.
Our 4th episode is going to be talking about game selection and quitting, as well as some more HH review. We may show a review of my play and have Taoism try to talk though my thought process and we’ll see what that looks like.
I’m considering doing a bonus episode 5, but it may or may not work out with my possible special guests schedule. I hope it does.
