What It Do DC?

Last few days have seen a lot of wedding planning/organizing.  Yesterday was really fun because I went out with my best man and his girlfriend andmy fiancee out for a hike and a picnic.  Later on Melissa (my fiancee) and I went to her parents as some of her parents friends had just flown in for the wedding.  They were nice, and we had a good dinner.

Today I have to do a little bit of house cleaning and we are doing the rehearsal and then rehearsal dinner at my parents later on.  That should be fine as well. 

Tomorrow  a bunch of stuff is happening with decorating, me getting my beard trimmed, picking up various friends from the ferry, going out for dinner with whoever is around, hanging out, and then getting to bed at a reasonable time!.  Then it will be the big day and all that comes along with it.  yikes.

Poker wise its been a bit of a struggle the last few days, and I finally booked a win yesterday, which im happy about.  I had a bit of a bad run at 15/30, which, being my highest stake, has a large influence on everything else thats going on in the month.  It was nothing major, but just annoying having to deal with spastic villains who find calldowns with top pair, bet 3bets on the turn with A high (and get there ldo), and other random spaz outs.  One villain I played  found a flop c/r 55% of the time, while also finding a turn c/r 40% of the time and a preflop 3bet of over 40% as well.  Obviously that just meant I had to call down a lot and put in extra action a lot... but what a variance fest.

I may or may not get some action in today, but thats ok, i got a lot of hands in the first half of the month with the understanding that the next week will be sparse for playing.
