What It Do DC?

I’m back into the HUHU grind/lifestyle, and thankfully i’ve run decently. For my confidence it was really important that I got off to an ok start and saw some headway made into the Disastrous 1/2 of February that I’ve been toying around with.
Nothing totally noteworthy has happened, but I did play one of the more outrageous players i’ve ever tangled with. He was just out of control with aggression/donking/3betting. I posted some of the more amazing hands in the LC/NC thread in the Beginners Limit Forum. but i’ll show you a couple at the end of this post. He lost 25 bets in about 145 hands. Someone in the LC.NC thread asked what i thought my edge on him was, and I thought that it was about right (16-18BB/100). I looked him up on PTR later on and saw that he was a -22BB loser over 12k hands… so apparently i ran badly, haha.

At the start of the year I made an ill-fated jump into HUPLO. I believe I’m going to make that jump again, but this time with a group to support me. There is some clamouring for the HUHU community to try to make some sort of conversion over to the HUPLO world. This will be good for a couple reasons
1) I’ll have people to learn the game with and really work through spots, reads, lines, etc
2) It may relieve a little bit of the congestion from the HUHU tables, as many of us will be playing both games

IRL news, i’m going to watch Men’s Olympic Hockey tomorrow. I’m very excited about this, as we did a lottery for ticket purchases and I was lucky enough to get seats to Canada vs Norway.
We’re also going to check out some Curling on thursday, which promises to be a good time.

I also taught some preschool today. 3 yr olds make me LOL a lot. They say/do the the most amazing things. i wont really get into it more b/c as i was writing this i got into a marathon match that’s left me pretty drained.
