Day 1

So started proper today. Nothing exciting to report, got in more hours then i aimed for and did ok. Started out playing 2 tables but quite quickly increased to 3. I definitly feel 3 tables is the sweet spot at the moment. Its the amount of tables i can play and have time to think through my decisions and also take notes on every big pot that passes by.

My focus was ok but not great. I think its somewhat a matter of just getting back into the “grind” and mentally being able to stay sharp for sessions several hours long. That being said i recognised when i got a bit tilted or when my brain got to fudged up and took small breaks. As long as i can feel my limits ill be ok in the long run even if im not playing my A+ game every moment.

I did a few small mistakes and one major where i got the money in deep with flopped tripps against a set where he clearly told me he had a set. Me being somewhat uncomfortable playing deep definitly was a reason i didnt find the fold. But if i wouldve taken a step back and just cleared my mind for 2 seconds im sure i would have made the right decision.

Still it was a good day. Tomorrows aim is to keep up the A+ focus during the entire sessions.
