The Life of an Aspiring Poker Degenerate

Getting a 2K roll together. Hopefully I can start playing by Mid-August. Time to ride the poker wave yet again. Oh yes, Congrats to Phil Ivey.

I bought in for only about 150 on PokerStars on Sunday. I have now turned that into roughly 688. I have been playing a pretty strong HU game and have been avoiding high variance situations. I still cannot get hold’em manager working with PokerStars. For some reason, it does not want to save the hand histories.

Just lost roughly 650 at .5/1… Coolers for the most part and I was runner-runner flushed in a 300 BB pot. I would say that I was running below expectation. I tilted for the last 10 min of the session before I decided to stop. In that time, I lost roughly 120.

I played about an hour and a half on MIIIIIIKE_PWNZ about 6 buyins spread out over two days. Hand histories being posted soon.

About 3 days ago, my Full Tilt Poker screen name “KarmaGodLove” was deleted in an accusation of multi-accounting. As a result, my whole bankroll is in limbo at the moment. According to my latest e-mail response, they have begun the process of moving my roll over to “MIIIIIIKE_PWNZ.” I have missed poker quite a lot these past few days. Luckily for me, I won $30 in a .25/.50 home game tonight. I won 50 in the actually session, and I lost 20 in a flip. Looking forward to playing again.
