So October was a mixed month, I lost overall in cash games, but was in profit with tourneys and rake back added in, not a great amount though. The last 4 weeks is definitely the worst I have run in my poker career, but that is just part of the job and I will not whinge about it in hear. It did result in me moving back down to 100nl. This is not the end of the world, but I have found my game slip in that I think 'Oh I can just auto pilot and crush'. This is not the case, although I have been playing well the vast majority of the time, I do find myself spewing a few buyins in a session from time to time.

I definitely improved as a player in October. I was part of FenderJaguars group coaching, and although nothing was 'OMG thats insanely new', they were definitely worth the 500$. I now have a clearer thought process and did pick up a few small things that in isolation will definitely help my win rate. n particularly 'when a dry board is not actually a dry board'.

Moving on to this month I have set myself up a challenge to ensure that I can in fact crush 100nl. Challenge "A-Gaming to 100 Buyins". From now until the end of the year I am going to play solely 100nl 6max. Between now and then I am going to strive to win 100 buyins. This is definitely possible, but there are a few things that are going to be crucial in seeing me complete this challenge which are listed below.

Have fun; no browsing internet while playing; focus; No FPS; 80 min sessions max; regular exercise; consider their range; quit if tilted; journal progress; table select; improve as a player; reward. 

Not sure what the reward will be as of yet, but I will make a conscious effort once/if I reach it to get something nice for myself.

I am capable of doing this, I just need to stick to the above. I will update here from time to time, maybe each 20 buyins or just when I feel like it.
