I played a fair mix of games today. I actually ended up playing a ton of PLO on Full Tilt at 50PLO(cap 20) last night after my evaluation post, and I played a fair bit this morning too. I’m mostly playing that to get better in preparation for the 8-game/7-game at mid-stakes. I feel that 100bb is probably my weakest game. I really enjoy playing CAP PLO though, mostly because the opposition is so terrible. I also played a short session 2-tabling a juicy stud hi table and another 7-game. Both games ended up breaking at around the same time and I feel I played my opponents really well and made some good reads.

I played one session of 100NL, and 4-tabled. I think I should go back to 2 or 3-tabling because I found that my focus really dropped off and I ended up making a few plays that although moderately well reasoned, were not the best in the cold light of hindsight and analysis. I’m going to scrap the 2.5k hands before Sunday because I think it is counter-productive to my goal of simply playing really well, and improving. Instead my goal for the rest of the week is to keep it simple and just play the solid, observant game I am used to.
