3-Handed 6-Card Ante-Up PLO with Discards is a Sensible Game
The game is Pot Limit Omaha. The table is 3-handed. The BTN is god. We weren't having much fun because most hands went like this:
BTN raises, SB fold, BB fold
Great. Self-dealt home games are meant to be action games;Â we made some adjustments:
- 2bb anteÂ
- No blindsÂ
- Every player is dealt 6 cards
- Every player must discard 2 cards face up, starting from the BTN
- The flop is dealt immediately after the discards, with no pre flop option for any player
and it just worked.
