Free 4-bet/jam Calculator
I wrote a simple 4-bet calculator in Excel2007 to teach my students how to react to 4-bets. I put it under the GNU Free Documentation License, so you can do what you like with it. I'll let you come to your own conclusions about when to jam, and what hands to do it with.

UPDATE: I made a short video to explain the basic usage of the calculator. You can also embed videos now, so I did that too:

Just found this now, very very cool sheet.
Im looking to make a huge excel sheet with all kinds of poker formulas for various NLHE spots, to use for post-game analysis. Do you have any other excel sheets for other situations, or do you now any threads etc. that discussions/sheets?
