Mount Robusto
My platoon appears to have formed, and we have had some general introductions by email. We appear to be a mixed-game/stud group. Even our Sergeant doesn’t know who our Colonel is; I guess it will still be a little while until we get direct orders.
It seems that we will eventually be dispatched to a video series to tag, annotate and analyse. I guess we move onto another one once we are done, until every series has been covered. I’ve watched pretty much every non-PLO non-NLHE video in the library but
I’m looking forward to going over each series again. I have a very different motive for watching now that I am no longer learning frmo scratch; I expect I will have a ton of deep analysis to post on the blog over the next few months.
How is your Mount Robusto experience working out?
UPDATE: It turns out that Joe Tall is our colonel.

Mount Robusto is such a massive project that it's been difficult to get it going. Due to them being a majority of our platoons, 6mNLHE people have gotten started before anyone else. You should receive orders very soon. I too am excited about rewatching old series. I am such a vastly different player that it excites me to think about how much more I will learn!
