Before I get to this weeks results, I should take care of a couple things. My blog post on Wednesday was a huge success, and I am proud to say it spurred some great, constructive discussion. I chose to post the link on Facebook for the first time, and it really flourished there as well. 31 comments, and 400+ views later, I would like to thank you all for participating. Secondly, I remembered that I haven’t linked Shysters Radio this week! I figured my last post wasn’t the place for it, so ill throw a link up at the bottom.
Health wise, this has been a good week. I have walked an hour everyday since April 1st, and surprisingly it has had an energizing effect on me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still really tired at the end of the day, but my focus and intensity within the day is improved. I weighed in at 285 for a loss of 3.4 pounds and I couldn’t be happier!
There are some things I need to improve on however. I have been trying to regulate my sleep schedule, but it hasn’t worked thus far. I have woken up at 7am everyday, however I have gone to sleep at different times, and taken some naps here and there. All in all I can’t complain. I’m quarter of the way to my goal and feeling strong willed. Things are on the up and . . . . down. Thanks for reading guys.
