Baluga's Theorm of Writing
Beluga stated in his "Blueprint" episode that writing is important for the success of a poker player. I don't have a direct quote but you could listen to his Blueprint as it is short and valuable. I believe that my lack of writing and organizing my own thoughts in life and poker is my leak.
So to start things off I will do a couple things to improve my own mental orginization. First I will write better posts in our forums. Second I'll post a few more blogs about my thoughts.
Maybe my biggest leak has been my thought orginization and thus writing.
Anyway TY Baluga!! Your by far one of my favorite players.

I do session reviews where I just write my thoughts of the session. Not really exact hands just the session in general. Helps me quite a bit to know where I need to improve and to start subconsciously and consciously improving those spots.
