1000 hands @ -71 bb/100 = down 8 buyins
Again. Twice I got the money in super deep with more than 90% equity and got sucked out on, twice I got aces and got stacked both times (one time by 2 pair one time by a monster draw). Flopped the nut straight, villain got a runner runner flush. Flopped top set vs AK villain got a runner runner flush. Got money in versus a 90/75 maniac on a 998 flop. I had TT he had 22. Of course he rivered a deuce.
In theory I play poker for fun, but it's so long since I had fun playing poker I can hardly remember what it's like.

Shouldn't it be down 7.1BI?

The last sentence of your post isn't very positive. If you aren't having fun anymore and have started focusing more on the money, maybe take a breather for a week or so?

Sounds like your in a rut. It may be a good opportunity to step back and try to analyze what you hope to achieve from this activity and whether or not you are fullfilling those goals.

Yes.
Bad side of variance is bad.

Way to nitpick d x b :) That actually made me smile a lot.
It's tad over 1000 hands, so at 71bb/100 it does make just over 8 buyins. No biggie and I don't care about the money.
