Takin' names
About a week ago I got a big desk diary and every session I write a small note to remind myself of my mood, what I was focussing on in the session, table dynamics, how I felt etc. Everything that's not in Holdem Manager. So far it's working out really well and I would recommend it to anyone who's serious about understanding the mental side of their playing.
