Tilt Control

Very very happy with the session I played today.
Like everyone else, I´ve always struggled with tilting issues but I´ve been working on that a lot lately (just eating videos like Tommy Angelo´s "The Eightfold Path to Poker Enlightenment" and stuff like this) and foccusing on tilt control before I start a session and during the session itself.
So, I had two very "tilt-inducing" hands on the first half of the session

Despite that, I managed to stay in my A-game and actually played a very good session after that, getting back a good part of what I lost and keeping a stable redline throughout the whole session (which, for me, is a thermometer of how good/bad I´m playing, b/c when I get out of my A-game my redline just plummets). Not that getting back what I lost makes any difference, but at least I didn´t spew money tilted after those two hands.

set over set is brutal. stay positive. I just shrug off set over set especially in rush poker. The playing style of most players now a days is very conducive to cooler. Also, TA is amazing. dude just calms me down. I listem to him in the car sometimes.
