Bad day so far...
What do you usually do when you've had a bad day at work. You play a round and lose money. Do you play again? Do you give it up as a bad job and chill for the evening?

Not entirely sure what to do with myself now...help!

i usually take a break for a few hours get my mind right and when i feel like im not tilting i go back. if i get a bad beat and i go nuts i know its time to leave for the day

Thanks for the advice. I should've taken it. On 19 games for the day. Down $22.95. Sick as a chip! Time to leave it. May take tomorrow off. Dejected!

haha dont be to hard on ya self ive bin down about 150 one day got it back the next.keep reviewing ya game and post some spots al try to help the best i can

It's not the monetry amount. Just the fact that I played so badly. Will post some hands up and show you that I just play so bad sometimes. I'm way too impulsive. I need to take 5 seconds every hand and think more. Going to drop my number of tables back down and stop using ninja.
