Almost ready to dip my balls in at 5/10, fingers crossed....
The next 3 episodes of Never Tell Me the Odds should be pretty good. I think the 3 part session I played at deep 2/4 & 3/6 made for a lot of interesting situations. I felt kinda green in a lot of spots because I don’t usually play deep. That being said I think overall I played pretty well but we’ll see what Krantz has to say about that. I definitely fucked up a few hands and a couple of spots are just laughable so it will be pretty sweet to see me bone it up so hard on video lolol. It’s cool though it’s a learning process.
I’m happy to say that I have a personal goal of $3k more to make at 2/4 before I move up to 5/10. I’m hoping to clear that up this week and start running 5/10 for about an 8 BI shot after my birthday, which is conveniently March 4th. I’ll be 31.
I don’t really have a direction to take the blog for the next few episodes beyond incessant rambling and random hand histories. Did ya’ll enjoy the previous format with the different hand categories? Was it too much? Too little? Let me know if I should keep that format or just ramble on so I can accommodate.
Did any of ya’ll actually get that bell I talked about in a blog a while ago? One of the things Krantz and I have been focusing on lately is slowing down my decisions at the table so I’m really thinking them through, and it’s been very helpful. I’m fully supportive of a desktop bell no matter how insane it sounded :D. Lately it sounds like an even better idea.
I’m watching Ansky roll the Sunday Million on stars while I write this. Looks like he’s running good at the right time. Take that damn thing down dude. That’s a sick ass payout.
See you with an update Wednesday or so. GL at the tables folks.

Recently moved up to FTP 5/10 myself. Regulars are smarter. They adjust quicker. The fish are smarter. And the game is still beatable. Good luck. Look forward to your next vid.

Are you planning on moving up with an 8k bankroll or having 8k to lose, before moving down?

8k to lose before moving down. I'm not suicidal :D

I doubt I'll be losing it either though ;)
