Looks like a sweet set up and adding a treadmill will take it to the next level. I have been alternating between sitting and standing for a year now and love. Let us know how the treadmill thing works out. I got a unit that sits on my regular desk at www.ergodesktop.com I dont think I can get a treadmill underneath my regular desk.

Rob, It works perfectly in IE. It definitely doesn't work in Chrome. Tried two different machines. When I click in the description box, the whole drop-down thingy disappears in one or two seconds. No biggy though. The changes look great. You always do fantastic work.

Hmm - I'm using Chrome 9, make sure you do a full reload since I changed the page's code about 10 minutes ago. Amaryllis, editing the info works just fine - you have to make sure that your mouse stays hovered over the info window though. If you keep running into problems let me know what browser you're using but that shouldn't matter. http://grab.by/8Qlj for a screenshot of me proving that it works for me (logged in on your account to make sure it wasn't an account-specific thing somehow).

The data is still there guys. If you're on the black template I haven't updated that code and won't be able to for a few days. Views are just individual hits - if I load your page 8 times it counts as 8 views. Your own views don't count toward your counts though. Edit: Looks like the data will need to be restored as some of it did get corrupted. We'll get it fixed, though it'll be missing today's data unfortunately.

Fixed the font sizes on the archive stuff Tecmo. Also pushed a few more changes to give IE8 more depth since it sucks at supporting modern CSS and redid the comment stylings.

Swimming, as you likely know, is all about form. And while I reccomend a lot of TI drills some of them are super essoteric. I've been swimming since I was 7 years old (44 now) have been a triathlete for 25 years, and a triathlon coach for 8 years. I strongly reccomend you get some 1 on 1 swim coaching. The real problem with swimming is that our sense of proprioception (your awareness of you body in space) is really thrown off while swimming. So, while you're doing your drills, if you're not doing them correctly, you may actually be forming bad habits in the water that may become really hard to break later. With a good coach, you'll have a set of eyes watching you from the deck and can give you pointers to form good habits early. Happy training.

i messed up my hip early in my plan, so a marathon was no go for me this year. I'm devoting most of next year just to building for the chicago marathon, and maybe jump into a couple sprint tris for kicks. Post about crossfit endurance if you start doing it. I'm really curious about it, but I can't decide if someone as injury prone as me should be perfect for it or if it would be a nightmare.

Thanks Chris. My path will almost definitely involve some lessons (once I get myself up to an acceptable beginner/middle ground and get full mobility of my left shoulder). Initially I think I'm going to start doing intense cardio session (Insanity workouts) for the next 60 days to cut and work on tempo for running/cycling. Eventually I think it's pretty likely that I may try a CrossFit Endurance training plan for a while, but I'm likely to end up doing a mix of something like that along with longer runs/bike rides mixed in just because I genuinely enjoy long runs/rides so much. How did your marathon go, btw?

Total immersion is pretty good to start with rob, but if you don't find yourself understanding the drills or seeing progress, I can't recommend taking a class or going to a masters group enough. When I first got back in the pool after 20 years, i was totally lost. TI was good enough to get me moving a bit, but four in-person lessons really made a huge difference. It's a skill sport, not an endurance sport, so good instruction makes all the difference. KK, check out beginnertriathlete.com for some typical training plans. People usually discourage weight training if you're doing any kind of serious volume, but there's a fairly intractable debate about it.

im actually a card flourishing expert, and i tried picking up yoyo's but stopped after like 2 weeks because when youre learning all those tricks and stuff your inventing thousands of knots along the way. so sick to have to pull a string apart for 5 min, try the move once and 10 sec later have to do it all over again.

Ubisoft's was the best for me. Spend months hyping up how it's pretty much unbreakable, and was necessary due to the fact every person on the internet is a pirate. Cracked on release day and the people who actually bought the game couldn't get on the servers because they were overloaded so couldn't play the game anyway. Congrats

The old HEM auto-import for Rush also adds notes to your player id. FT blindly reads it from an xml file when it initialises. You can add the notes into the file by hand before you start the FT client if you like; you can only read them by hovering the mouse over (you can't click and edit within the FT client).

It actually requires a little more then just that now. You have to send in a photo copy of your ID, proof of your address, etc. Apparently you can have multiple key's tied to your account as well. I ordered 2 (hardware keys) and just got them yesterday. I plan on activating them both and putting on in a safe place in case I lose the other.

I've heard rumors similar to that, but that you need to answer the security question first. My security question is a random text string, so that's not something that I'm prone to social engineering on -- so even if that is true (I haven't seen it confirmed) I should be fine.

1st pot seems like a mistake 3 ways. There is a raise, 3b you cold call & then a 4bet (call by short stack) & then you shove. The A in your hand will cut down on your equity. Plus it looks like one of the two villains has AAxx. I have no problem calling the 4b but when you shove all in & get called you are hoping that the short stack is the one w/ AAxx so you can win a big side pot vs a rundown. @tripdeuces, my walking shoe is actually the Lunar Glide. I got a pair considering running in them for a bit but they just didn't have the same feel as my Newtons. @n0whereman, I don't think we ever went much past 40 on training miles. Something like 8/5/8/18 was my biggest week, at least as far as I can remember. @Jay, you tell me where and when, and I'll run it with you. I could've finished it alone, but it wouldn't have been the same.

It amazes me how many people can run that far. My mom use to love doing marathons (done like 12 or so best time just under 3:50). She would run up to 75-80 miles a week to train. The farthest I run is from my computer to the fridge and back so I dont wind up sitting out a hand.

I like it. Tough for him to call you without a flush or set, neither of which he has that often. In addition, if he makes a hero call, you still have reasonable equity against AAxx or Kxxx hands. Plus there's already 54bb in the pot that are more than worth fighting for, and since it's the first hand of the match, it's going to be tough for him to look you up here. If you end up playing him for awhile, your maniac image might let you win it back later, so overall it can't be too bad.

Watch out to dont end on the bad en of variance with that hyperlag play. I like LAG, but I will advice you to have some sort of stop loss when playing laggish. The two hands postet I dont like playing, they often get u in trouble. I have had the same run u had. 23 buyins on 7300 hands. And I have been playin 19/12 - 3bet 4,4% and im running 6 buyins under expected. But being a good lag can bring u to the top, just be aware of good players eploiting u Dion

Hand 1: your play was standard. I always play agressive on a flush draw. especially with an ace high. Hand 3: I think you could have got more if you slow played post flop. wait till the timer is nearly up, or ask for more time and then just call. let him do the betting. Just like what "CO" did to you on the turn in hand 2.

I see, I see... yeah, I'm folding preflop here. mostly for the reasons you say. UTG's range limp/3betting into 4 players has to be AA** and I don't think I'm being results oriented by saying that. We'll be getting sick odds on any flop. Effectively you're almost in a capped PLO100 game with stack sizes as they are and given the pot size we're almost always getting it in on the flop and almost never really liking it. overlay is tempting but good fold imo. make the 7 a J or Q, ship obv? How about my other comments, agree / disagree?

With hand #4, when I say "ship," I just meant should I get money in (call the extra $15 748 ways to the flop, or fold because I'm effectively calling off 1/2 of effective stacks vs. the only remaining player left but with a gigantic overlay it's going to be hard to fold on the flop to a shove unless the board is super dry).

Hand 1: pretty standard imo. Flop bet sizing kind of depends on your intentions I think. Are you trying to induce a c/r or get some value while stringing him along to the turn? I like it (might be results oriented) because it seems a little weak and your hand looks like it missed flop other than the flush draw a naked wrap and blockers or fd could c/r and a smaller fd with a pair and bdsd like 9JT* with 2 spades could call. I think potting the flop loses more players and induces less action from villains. Hand 2: oooooooh, I see. you posted this one. cooler :) see forum for my comments on this one. Hand 3: Without reads on villain I think it's a call. Yeah, he's going to call at least once with a naked T but I think if you raise the flop you're likely only getting action for one street or you find out really quick you're toast. Otherwise, your hand has a million ways to improve and if he has the naked T or a bluff he can bet again on a lot of turns. The sizing is good I think since you save some when he ships over you and it's not an intimidating number so he might peel with a fd or naked T***. hand 4: ship? really? no way, not multiway with a weak KK** hand. this is prime calling material from SB imo.

NH Sir, well played Did this take a read that the guy was bluffy or at least fairly aggressive, or was it a random who you wanted some value from but wanted to give him some rope if he wanted to use it?
