I know this is a poker blog, but I mostly focus on day-to-day business and operations of DC and donâ€™t play much poker anymore, so this space will mostly be filled with those sorts of thoughts and connections.
With that in mind, read a great article today on brand management and how the Croc brand crashed hard after a period of phenomenal growth: How Crocs Crashed.
Definitely worth a read if youâ€™re interested in business development and brand management. The comments (unlike most other blogs) are pretty interesting as well.
