Weightloss Propbet Update
Weighed in today at 198.5lb.
That puts me in, overall, at -5.7lb in the first 3 weeks, which is almost dead on my target. It’s definitely going to get harder as we move along, but I’ve got a few more classes I’m picking up and as the weeks continue, the routines are getting harder. The toughest thing is going to be incorporating distance/endurance training with HIIT and weights and not burning out.
At the two month mark, I’ll be heading in for a checkup to make sure my BFP is going in the same direction and I’m not losing too much muscle mass. Happy for now though, as I’m definitely losing inches and feel like I’m slimming up considerably.
