New playlist options - collaborate or share with friends
Hey all,
We just released an update to the way that playlists work today to allow more collaboration within groups. Now, you can share viewing, editing, or even admin abilities on your playlists with any users you like. Here's how:
First, take a look at the playlist you want to edit. At the bottom of your screen, you'll see a new section: Playlist Permissions

Just enter your friend's username in the username list, and click "add user to playlist." In the field next to their name you'll see the ability to make them a viewer, a collaborator, or an admin. Viewers can see a playlist only. Collaborators can add or remove videos and edit the playlist; admins can do pretty much anything outside of delete a playlist (including adding other users to view/collaborate on the playlists. Once you've chosen their permission leve, just click "update permissions" and everything will be set. They'll see the playlist in their "playlists I'm collaborating on" area.
We hope this will be a nice addition to allow people to share videos more easily with each other and study poker as a group more effectively. Feel free to holler here if you have any questions about it.Â
