best advice on tilt

best advice is: it will fade away. so why not just stop it right away? but i guess one has to experience that to be able to apply this thought.

i am up 50 stacks this week, including 2 tiltsession.

tilt came across when i was put into situations i couldnt handle. when i think about it today it looks like the situation i could not cope with, that lead to the first tilt session was doubt. i just had a breakeven patch of 1k hands after winning 12 stacks in 5k hands and was doubtful about my abilities. i remember what was happening. i was not able to apply any of my strengths at the tables. it was like everything running past me, like life just flys by in time. that feeling. so i got angry why im not on this train. i tried to get back on it with "all my power" lol. then when my friend .. haha wanted to write "insulted me".. when he critisized me for _not the best_ play i made.. i was lost.

my idea for the last sentences was.. that i wanted to write down that i have to learn more from my mistakes again. learn more theory. practise practise practise and i wont be in many situations i cant handle, less tilt, more clousure.
