So I got a rather early start to the grind tonight, hoping I’d book a nice little win to cap a nice little month. Things started out well and I was up 2k pretty quickly. Next thing I knew, I couldn’t win a hand and I entered a long losing stretch. I saw some good games at higher stakes so I jumped in hoping to speed up the unstuck-ing process. As often happens, that plan wasn’t exactly what the deck had in mind. Pretty soon I was stuck 10k and pissed off at the big dent I had just made in my month’s results. But the games were still good, and my game was still solid, so I stuck with it and it finally turned around.
