UTG was a pretty big fish, so was the cold caller, called a ton preflop, hadn’t gotten into many spots with as I was new to the table.
I figured checking this flop and looking to commit to the hand on the turn was my best plan to avoid flipping a lot and to extract more value when the fd’s equity is cut in half on the turn, or get away very cheap if the board comes down a 4 flush.
My plan was to get it in on the turn, and I did just that, thoughts?
