pls someone wake me up

all hands are played on nl200 and nl400
no fun atm, I hope this **** downswing ends pretty fast. every day this continues I loose more and more self convidence and the joy I had playing poker. if most of your decisions are correct, but people keep on hitting their miracles on turn or river..
wish me good luck guys :)

have you gotten coaching, made a video or taken a break? Obv everyone needs different things when they downswing, but maybe you need to switch something up

well I have seen a bunch of times that ure sitting on tables with only regs, and i imagine ure not a HU specialist so playing HU at a higher lmit than ure used to prob isnt the best way to go with or without an edge.

I mean, you are right that it's not smart to sit down at a table full of regs to begin with when you try to move up. But, I am not that new to nl400.
I think it is always good in order to get tables started, to play HU. I mean, most of the time after a few hands a fish sits down to play, so even if you would have no edge on your opponent, you are still just losing 2-3bb/100 overall, and if the fish sits down, you make more then that (and in general I think I have a good edge on most of my opponents). But I obv wouldn't recommend it to players that really have no experience in playing HU and who try to enter the next level
