recovery phase
So last blog post was induced by major tilt losing 6-7k in a day. It wasn't a good feeling as I was 6 tabling 25/50 10 game while tired... find how many things are wrong with that sentence. :P Anyway I realized what I did wrong and took a trip to go skiing. I cooled off and came back at it and have earned half what I lost back already after a couple of days. So I feel much better obviously because I earned back half my loses, but mainly because I didn't rage tilt through multiple days like I used to.
My biggest recognition of my tilt, was that I would wake up fire up my computer and instantnly start playing. I need a good 30-60 minute buffer before I even turn on my computer for sure. Imagine rolling out of bed and showing up for work! not a good idea. Also I started playing looonnggg hours which I didn't do during my epic upswing, so I also need to time manage better. Back to play 1 hour sessions and taking a break for me, instead of playing 8-9 hours in a row.

sounds like you need less mountain dew, that stuff will put you on edge! :) and agreed about the warm-up hour before playing - how do you insta play after waking up? I need to read the news, wipe the tired away, use the bathroom, have a little breakfast , get a cup of coffee and THEN think about grinding.
