lost my phone at the rhino
SO here's a fun story worth blogging about. So the DC bowlament was last night (great success!) and we grab a couple of pitchers talk some poker and the next thing I know I'm betting chuck $100 a game. Now I don't really fancy myself good at bowling, but I'm pretty sure I can beat the average bowler so I insta snap call his prop bet. I beat him the first time and bowl a 160 something. The next bet wasn't as easy to win. At this point I had been drinking for a little while knocking back a bunch of beer and I'm pretty sure I lost my edge in bowling. After being "iced" three times I end up with a measly 124 and Chuck had the win in his pocket on the last frame with a 122. All he had to do to was hit 2 pins in one throw. Right before he could throw the ball Doug and his friends come from behind and "Ice" him. (A game chuck plays in which if you are presented with a Smirnoff ice, you have to get down on one knee and chug it wherever you are) So at this point we are both having a great time and I'm sure that ice would have disoriented even the best bowlers. He shakes off the ice and goes to bowl for the win -- He starts his wind up and goes for the release... The ball veers way to the left very quickly and knocks over one pin on the left and I take the second bet 124 to 123. Epic night. After that a bunch of us hit the Rhino and of course it's dances on me after that and we have an amazing time drinking champagne and taking in what Vegas is all about.
