Chillin in NYC
So I’m done with school at Plattsburgh! So I’ll be in NYC till Friday sitting here looking forward to the WSOP. If anyone wants to hang or knows a place to chill in NYC t me know (poker game, lounges bars etc…) All that’s on my mind is essentially the WSOP. I am going to start running/lifting and living a more healthy life so I can prepare for the long grueling tourneys. (Physical is almost as important as your mental game!) As far as poker, things have been going pretty well, I can’t complain.
Been playing a lot of 100NL to prepare for the live games/NL tourneys.
Been playing the 30 razz, stud, and stud 8
and have been coaching a ton.

I've walked around Manhattan
Union Square
Bryant Park (movies in summer)
Times Square
A bunch of bars on 33rd ave (Murray Hill)
Shake Shop (awesome shakes)
Walked 5th ave from 70th to 30th (high end fashion and accessories)
Been to Webster hall for a live band and for partying
bunch of dive bars like Whiskey River, Hook and Ladder, Down Pour, Hairy Monks, etc
I'm looking for some other things to do for a college kid that is on the solo.
I don't really like going to bars alone, but It's not too bad if you're outgoing and can strike convos with strangers. So i'm open to lounge/bars for a 23yo

recently went into soho which is awesome but don't know any places for night
